1. Introduction

1.1. Moreplex Inc located at 13527 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne Ca 90250 USA, hereinafter referred to as Moreplex TV, offers a subscription-based direct to home (DTH) satellite television service (the “Service”).

1.2. This document outlines your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber to the Moreplex Television Service.

1.3. Additional documents govern your relationship with Moreplex:

• Moreplex Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions, Cookie Policy, etc.

2. The Service

2.1. Moreplex TV offers a variety of subscription packages at different prices.

2.2. You can find a list of packages, their prices, and included channels on the Moreplex website.

2.3. Moreplex TV reserves the right to add, remove, change, or delay content (including channels) for operational reasons. We will strive to inform you in advance.

2.4. Moreplex TV may offer additional services with separate terms and fees.

3. Your Subscription

3.1. You can subscribe to Moreplex TV by:

•  Electronically via the Moreplex TV website.
• Contacting Moreplex TV customer
• Moreplex TV Mobile App

3.2. Moreplex TV will request your personal information when you subscribe (identification, contact details, and payment information).

4. Activation of Your Service

4.1. Moreplex TV will review your information and approve or reject your subscription request.

4.2. Upon approval and receipt of payment, Moreplex TV will activate your subscription for the chosen package and term.

4.3.  You are responsible for updating your personal information. Failure to update may result in service cancellation or suspension.

5. Fees

5.1. You agree to pay the following fees:

•  The pre-paid subscription fee for your chosen package (monthly, annually, etc.).
• Additional fees for simultaneous streams on multiple devices within your household (if applicable).
• Fees for any additional value-added services.
• Applicable taxes.
• Any other fees required to provide the Service or additional services.

5.2. Moreplex TV reserves the right to change subscription fees periodically. Updated fee information will be available on the Moreplex TV website.

5.3. Your access to the Service will last for the subscribed period, starting from the payment date. Moreplex TV may disconnect your access upon non-payment.

5.4. Each subscription period is considered a separate agreement renewed upon payment and acceptance of these Terms.

5.5. If your payment is insufficient to cover your current package, Moreplex TV may downgrade your access to a package with a corresponding fee.

5.6.  Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the subscribed period may take up to 7 days to process. You may receive a credit or refund for the remaining period, upon request.

5.7. Moreplex is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account credits.

5.8. Payment options include:

• Online payment options through the Moreplex website.
• Other methods as authorized by Moreplex (details to be added).

6.0 Refunds

6.1 You can get refunds if your subscription activation cycle has not started. You may request refunds before your subscription activation or renewal period starts.

6.2 You may receive a prorated refund for your decoder based on the period used if it is within one year of the decoder purchase and if all the packaging materials and equipment are in intact.

7. Equipment

7.1. You will need a compatible Moreplex TV decoders to access the Moreplex TV Service.

7.2. Moreplex TV decoders are offered to you on pre-paid lease basis only.

7.3 The duration of the lease for the decoders is for one year each.

7.4 Moreplex TV may choose to gift the decoder to you at the end of the one-year lease period.

7.5 The decoder lease payment is separate from the subscription payment.

7.6 The non-subscription of any plan does not suspend or stop the lease payment.

7.7 You may receive a prorated refund of your decoder if you return it intact, un-used, and with all the components and packaging material intact.

7.8 You are required to use your own installer. Moreplex Tv is not responsible for access issues arising from improper installation.

8. Accessing Moreplex

7.1. You can only access Moreplex if you:

• Have a valid subscription.
• Use a compatible device.
• Reside in a single residential unit.
• Use Moreplex TV for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Access Moreplex TV from the physical address provided during subscription.

8.2 The intellectual property rights (software, images, sounds, etc.) associated with Moreplex TV belong to Moreplex or its licensors. You agree not to violate these rights by unauthorized access or allowing others to do so. You are liable for any losses incurred by Moreplex due to your violation.
8.3. Moreplex TV utilizes a security system to protect the Service from unauthorized use. This system may automatically update, change, or disconnect features on your device to prevent unauthorized access.

8.4 Moreplex TV not uploading all security system components does not waive its rights regarding unauthorized access.

8.5 You agree to use Moreplex TV in accordance with these terms and avoid:

• Accessing unauthorized content.
• Using Moreplex TV for commercial purposes.
• Sharing access with unauthorized users (public places, businesses, etc.).
• Publicly displaying or providing Moreplex content (with or without admission fees).
• Charging others to access Moreplex.
• Copying Moreplex content except through approved recording methods.
• Renting, selling, or retransmitting Moreplex content.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or compromising Moreplex security systems.
• Enabling or overlooking others’ violations of these terms.
• Any other actions communicated by Moreplex.

8.6 Moreplex TV is not liable for any damages or losses caused by factors beyond its reasonable control that may affect your access to the Service.

9. Communication

9.. Moreplex TV will use your personal information to send important subscription updates or legally required information.

9.2. You may authorize another person to communicate with Moreplex TV on your behalf. Moreplex TV will require them to answer security questions to confirm your permission.

10. Confidentiality and Your Personal Information

10.1 Moreplex TV and you may obtain confidential information during service provision. Both parties agree to use this information solely to fulfil obligations under this agreement.

10.2 Moreplex TV collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information to provide you with the Service. This is done according to the Moreplex Privacy Policy (link to be inserted here).

11. Ending Your Subscription

11.1 Your Moreplex TV subscription is a pre-paid plan for the chosen period (monthly, annually, etc.).

11.2 You can cancel your subscription through the methods listed in Section 3.1 (website or customer service). Cancellation terms will apply.

11.3 Cancelling during the subscribed period may not qualify you for a refund.

10.4. Moreplex may terminate your subscription for non-payment.

11.5 Moreplex TV may cancel your subscription and disable your access for violating these terms. Moreplex TV reserves the right to pursue further legal action or compensation.

12. Liability

12.1 If a violation of these terms results in losses, the violating party is liable to compensate the other party for those losses.

12.2 Moreplex TV is not liable to compensate you or any other person for:

•  Your access and use of Moreplex TV.
•  Viewing unsuitable or offensive content on Moreplex TV.
• Moreplex TV cancelling or suspending your access as permitted under these terms.
• Equipment malfunction not caused by a manufacturing defect.
•  Communication issues arising from Moreplex TV or your device.

11.3. Neither party is liable for punitive, indirect, special, or consequential losses.

13. General

13.1 Your subscription is with Moreplex TV.

13.2 Moreplex TV may modify these terms and conditions, except for clause 5.2 (fee changes). Moreplex will notify you 30 days before new terms take effect. You can cancel your subscription before the new terms apply if you disagree.

13.3 This agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Moreplex regarding Moreplex access.

13.4 You confirm you did not rely on any guarantees or representations not expressly stated in this agreement. This does not limit Moreplex TV’s liability for fraud.

13.5 Moreplex TV’s failure to enforce any right under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.6 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected.

13.7 Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

13.8 Moreplex may transfer its rights under this agreement to any third party.

13.9. This agreement is subject to the laws of the state of California, United States of America. Disputes will be settled through arbitration following the guidelines of the leading arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, USA at a location chosen by Moreplex TV..

13.10.1 Notices may be served to the following addresses:

13.10.2 You: Your address on file.

13.11 A notice is considered duly received when delivered to either party’s address, even if not delivered to the exact address specified in Section 12.10.

14. Entire Agreement

14.1 This Subscriber Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moreplex TV regarding your subscription to the Moreplex TV Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
